Job Title: Associate Immigration Law Attorney

About the Role:
Join one of the nation's largest immigration defense boutiques, based out of Georgia, where we do real litigation every day! We're seeking a dynamic attorney to manage immigration court cases-plus a few misdemeanor criminal matters. This position is designed for those craving genuine courtroom experience, extensive client interaction, and the chance to travel nationwide.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage and litigate immigration cases and select misdemeanor criminal matters
Attend court regularly and represent clients with real-world impact
Build and maintain strong client relationships

Qualifications:

Active Bar membership in any state
Strong legal knowledge, communication, and interpersonal skills
Computer savvy
Spanish proficiency is a plus
