Established (25+ Years) Premier Firm Seeking Associate Attorney for Workers' Comp Defense in CA (REMOTE)
An established firm based in CA with over 25 years in practice is seeking an Associate Attorney with 2+ years of experience to join their team remotely (only 10% onsite). This Associate will have experience defending workers' compensation claims in California,
Offer:
$100,000 - $220,000 contingent on experience

Qualifications:
2+ years of experience in workers' compensation defense
Juris Doctorate and active California Bar membership
Strong research, analytical, and negotiation skills
Excellent written and oral communication
Commitment to proactive case management
Responsibilities:
Managing a caseload of workers' compensation defense matters
Conducting legal research and drafting pleadings, motions, and discovery
Representing clients in hearings, depositions, and negotiations
Advising employers, insurers, and third-party administrators on case strategy
Collaborating with partners and senior attorneys on litigation strategies
