Attorney - Probate Litigation
Salary: $140,000 - $220,000 DOE
Location: Los Angeles or San Diego, CA

Position Overview

We are seeking a dedicated Attorney specializing in Probate Litigation to join our Top 100 Law Firm in Southern California. The successful candidate will focus on handling complex probate disputes and provide expert legal representation for clients involved in trust and estate litigation. This position requires a strong understanding of probate law and the ability to navigate challenging legal scenarios effectively.

Key Responsibilities

  • Represent clients in probate litigation cases, including contested wills and trust disputes.
  • Conduct legal research and draft legal documents, including pleadings, motions, and briefs.
  • Advise clients on their legal rights and options in probate matters.
  • Negotiate settlements on behalf of clients to resolve disputes efficiently.
  • Collaborate with other attorneys and legal staff to build strong cases.
  • Attend court hearings, depositions, and mediations as required.
  • Stay updated on relevant laws, regulations, and best practices in probate and estate litigation.

Qualifications

  • JD from an accredited law school.
  • CA Bar License
  • 3+ years of experience in probate or T&E litigation
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
  • Ability to manage a caseload effectively and meet deadlines.
  • Proven track record of successful negotiation and litigation outcomes.
