A law firm is seeking a Civil Litigation Attorney with 3-7 years of experience and a valid CA Bar license to join our Irvine office. This full-time, exempt position offers an exciting opportunity to represent our clients in achieving timely, effective, and efficient resolutions.

Responsibilities

Legal research and analysis
Draft and review legal documents (pleadings, motions, ordinances, etc.)
Stay current on legal procedures and changes in law
Collaborate with attorneys and paralegals to meet deadlines
Attend hearings and court appearances

Qualifications

J.D. from an accredited law school
Admission to the California State Bar with a clean record
Excellent communication, writing, and research skills
Proficiency with Microsoft Office and legal billing software (e.g., Bill4Time)
Valid CDL preferred
