Position Overview

Key Responsibilities
Represent clients in commercial litigation, foreclosure, receivership, and bankruptcy proceedings.
Draft pleadings, discovery, motions, and memoranda in state, federal, and bankruptcy courts.
Manage creditor-side matters in Chapter 7 and Chapter 11 bankruptcy cases.
Handle depositions, mediations, and court appearances.
Collaborate with partners and senior attorneys on strategy and case development.
Support clients through workouts, restructurings, and enforcement of loan documents.
Qualifications
J.D. from an accredited law school; bar admission in Georgia.
2-4 years of civil litigation experience (bankruptcy or finance experience a plus).
Excellent written and oral advocacy skills.
Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple matters simultaneously.
Demonstrated interest in creditor-side bankruptcy or financial litigation work.
