Job Title: Electrical Engineer - Water/Wastewater Projects (Remote in Texas)
Location: Remote - Preference for candidates located in Texas due to project coordination needs
Salary Range: $125,000-$155,000
We are seeking a talented Electrical Engineer to join our growing Electrical, Instrumentation, and Controls (EI&C) team. This role is fully remote, with a preference for professionals based in Texas to support local projects. You'll work on essential infrastructure in the water and wastewater sector and collaborate across disciplines to deliver high-quality design and engineering solutions.
What You'll Do:
Design and review electrical systems for water and wastewater treatment facilities.
Conduct electrical analysis using SKM, ETAP, or similar tools.
Support drafting and modeling with AutoCAD and Revit.
Collaborate with project managers, engineers, and technical teams throughout design and construction phases.
Review electrical submittals and respond to RFIs during construction.
What You Bring:
Strong experience in electrical design for infrastructure or utility-based projects.
Proficiency with design and modeling tools such as SKM, ETAP, AutoCAD, and Revit.
EIT or PE licensure in Texas preferred (or actively pursuing).
Excellent communication and coordination skills in multidisciplinary project settings.
Preferred Experience:
Industrial facility design, including hazardous areas and medium-voltage distribution.
Utility coordination, generator sizing, and service entrance design.
Knowledge of full project lifecycle-from feasibility to construction closeout.
