We are seeking an Engineering Technician to join our team to help us improve our production processes. The successful candidate will demonstrate excellent problem-solving skills and have experience with Hand Tools, Mills, Lathes, and have a basic knowledge of Lean Manufacturing principles.
What you will be doing:
The Engineering Technician's primary responsibility is to ensure the efficient and effective operation of our production processes. They will use their expertise to identify process improvements and coordinate with other departments to ensure that all changes are implemented properly. The position also requires the ability to troubleshoot process issues, use a variety of hand tools, and operate equipment like mills and lathes.
