Position Overview

We are seeking a dedicated Estate Planning Attorney to join our team in Mount Laurel, NJ. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 2 years of experience in estate planning, specifically with wills, trusts, and tax matters, and must hold a Masters Degree in Taxation. This role offers the opportunity to work closely with clients to develop comprehensive estate plans that meet their unique needs and objectives.

Key Responsibilities

  • Draft and review wills, trusts, and other estate planning documents

  • Provide counsel on tax implications related to estate planning

  • Collaborate with clients to develop strategies for wealth preservation and transfer

  • Stay informed on current legislation and best practices affecting estate planning and taxation

  • Work collaboratively with other attorneys and staff to provide holistic legal solutions

Qualifications

  • Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school

  • Admission to the New Jersey State Bar

  • Masters Degree in Taxation (Required) or close to completion

  • At least 2 years of experience in estate planning, with a focus on wills, trusts, and tax matters

  • Strong analytical and communication skills

  • Ability to manage multiple clients and cases simultaneously
