Estimator/Environmental Project Manager ( Asbestos Removal/Abatement)

We are seeking an experienced Environmental Project Estimator/Project Manager to oversee and manage environmental service projects, specifically in asbestos abatement and removal. The ideal candidate will utilize their expertise in estimation and project management to ensure successful project execution from inception to completion for 

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare accurate estimates for asbestos abatement and environmental services projects using Xactimate and other estimation tools.
• Manage project timelines, budgets, and resources to ensure efficient project execution.
• Coordinate with subcontractors and suppliers to gather quotes and ensure compliance with project specifications.
• Conduct site assessments and prepare detailed reports on project scope and environmental considerations.
• Oversee project compliance with safety regulations, including HAZMAT protocols and environmental guidelines.
• Communicate effectively with clients to provide project updates and address any concerns.
• Lead project meetings to discuss progress, challenges, and solutions with team members and stakeholders.

The ideally qualified applicant will bring DIRECT industry experience and AS MUCH of the below listed skills/experience as possible:

• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Environmental Science, or related field.
• Minimum of 5 years experience in project management and estimation in environmental services, specifically asbestos abatement.
• Proficient in Xactimate and other relevant estimation software.
• Strong understanding of HAZMAT regulations and environmental compliance standards.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills to manage project teams and client relationships.
• Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.

This will be a self driven role, working in the field with clients, partner service providers, connecting with insurance companies and others, and this role REQUIRES a strong ability to stay focused and organized, AND a great interpersonal skill set, as many times you will be communicating with folks in times of high stress situations, on short deadlines.
