Event Producer (Freelance/Contract)

Location: Onsite in North Hollywood

We are an events agency seeking a part or full time contractor/freelancer to support our event producers during a super busy season of ours. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in agency environments and deep knowledge of both B2B and B2C event planning. This role involves overseeing the production of events from conception to execution, ensuring that each event meets the clients objectives and exceeds expectations.

We are open to part or full time - duration TBD.

Key Responsibilities

Develop and manage event concepts, proposals, and budgets
Coordinate all aspects of event planning including logistics, vendor management, and on-site execution for assigned events or for support of specific events as needed
Oversee the creative direction and production elements of events
Ensure adherence to timelines and budgets throughout the production process

Qualifications

Proven experience as an Event Producer or similar role in an agency setting
Strong understanding of B2B and B2C event planning
Excellent organizational and project management skills
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
Outstanding communication and negotiation skills
Proficiency in event management software and tools
Flexibility to work on weekends and evenings as required by event schedules
