Job Title: Inside Sales Representative/Account Manager

Salary: $50,000 - $65,000/ year + uncapped commission 

Location: Costa Mesa, CA (On-site)

Position Overview
We are seeking a motivated Inside Sales Representative/Account Manager to join our dynamic team. This role is essential for driving sales growth and maintaining strong relationships with our clients in the medical device industry. The ideal candidate will possess a strong sales acumen and a passion for providing excellent customer service.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain relationships with new and existing clients in the healthcare sector, including clinics and hospitals.
  • Identify and pursue new sales opportunities by utilizing various lead generation techniques.
  • Monitor sales metrics and KPIs to achieve and exceed sales quotas and targets.
  • Manage the entire sales cycle from prospecting to closing deals, ensuring a smooth process for clients.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to plan and participate in trade shows and promotional events.
  • Provide clients with product information, service updates, and warranty details to enhance customer satisfaction.
  • Utilize CRM and ERP systems to track customer interactions and sales activities effectively.
  • Work closely with the technical support team to address any service or repair inquiries from clients.

Requirements:

  • 3+ years of sales experience
  • Bachelors preferred
  • Willingness to travel (25%) 
  • Proven history of attaining sales goals and knowledge of sales cycles and methods
