Job Title: Land Development Manager

Job Location: The Woodlands, TX

Salary: $120,000 - $150,000

Requirements: 5+ years of Land Development experience for residential master planned communities and commercial projects. 

Position Overview:
The Land Development Manager is responsible for overseeing the planning, design, and execution of land development projects, particularly in residential subdivision. This role involves collaborating with various stakeholders to ensure successful project delivery and compliance with regulatory requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage land development projects from inception to completion.
  • Conduct feasibility studies and site assessments for potential development.
  • Collaborate with architects, engineers, and contractors to develop project plans.
  • Ensure compliance with zoning laws, environmental regulations, and local ordinances.
  • Manage project budgets, schedules, and resources effectively.
  • Coordinate with governmental agencies and community stakeholders during the approval process.
  • Prepare and present project proposals to clients and stakeholders.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Urban Planning, Civil Engineering, or a related field.
  • Strong knowledge of zoning laws and land use regulations.
  • Proficient in AutoCAD, GIS, or similar software.
