Litigation Attorney - Hybrid | Rhode Island
A well-established and growing law firm is seeking an experienced Litigation Attorney to join its dynamic team. This is a hybrid role based in Rhode Island, offering the opportunity to work alongside a respected group of legal professionals in a collaborative, client-centered environment.
What You'll Be Doing:
Manage a personal caseload of personal injury and medical malpractice matters
Engage in extensive client interaction from intake through resolution
Draft demands and negotiate favorable outcomes for clients
Represent clients at depositions, mediations, arbitrations, and trials
Conduct legal research and draft motions as part of ongoing litigation
Collaborate with senior attorneys, junior attorneys, and paralegals
Participate in weekly strategy and case evaluation meetings
What We're Looking For:
5+ years of litigation experience, with a focus on personal injury and/or medical malpractice
Strong legal writing, research, and oral advocacy skills
Proven ability to manage a high-volume caseload and meet deadlines
A client-first mindset and excellent interpersonal skills
Licensed to practice in Rhode Island; MA and/or CT bar admission is a plus
