Job Title: Owner's Authorized Representative (OAR) I
Location: Onsite - Los Angeles, CA
Salary: $155,000 - $170,000 annually

We are currently seeking a highly motivated Owner's Authorized Representative (OAR) I to join our team onsite in Los Angeles, CA.
Oversee all phases of assigned projects from pre-construction to close-out.
Manage project budgets and schedules to meet standards and expectations.
Coordinate with public agencies and internal teams throughout project timelines.
Review and manage contractor schedules, submittals, RFIs, and change order proposals.
Administer contracts and ensure compliance with specifications and safety standards.
Support project close-out processes including Division of the State Architect (DSA) certification.
Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Engineering, or Construction Management.
OR a bachelor's degree in any field + ability to obtain CCM within one year.
OR a valid Certified Construction Manager (CCM) credential.
10+ years of full-time professional experience in construction or project/construction management of commercial and/or public/educational facilities.
3+ years managing complex projects valued over $10 million.
Registered Architect or Professional Engineer in California.
CCM Certification by CMCI.
Experience with Design-Build, BIM, LEED/CHPS, and DSA processes.
Strong knowledge of OSHA and site safety regulations (OSHA 30 minimum).
