Based in Charlotte, North Carolina we are a ENR leading Mechanical contract construction company, focused primarily on large mechanical commercial projects including HVAC and plumbing. Due to growth and demand we are currently seeking a Superintendent,. that possess experience and skills within the mechanical construction industry.

What You Will Be Doing

Supervise construction/maintenance effort to insure projects are performed in accordance with contract, plans, budget and schedule. Plan, coordinate, and supervise on-site functions. You will Assist project management in developing and implementing project procedures and standards. Assume responsibility for assigned portions of project schedule, productivity of crafts and efficient use of materials and equipment, as well as additional assignments based upon supervisors direction.

What You Need for this Position

5+ years of Superintendent experience in a commercial field
Previous knowledge on HVAC/Piping/Mechanical Construction
Attention to site Safety
Ability to manage multiple projects at once while having 20+ employees under your supervision
