Job Description:

Position Overview: We are seeking a highly motivated and skilled Attorney to join our dynamic legal team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in general business and/or workers' compensation law and a proven track record of success in handling complex legal matters. This role requires excellent analytical, research, and communication skills, as well as the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide legal advice and representation to clients in various legal matters.
  • Conduct thorough legal research and analysis to support case strategies.
  • Draft, review, and negotiate legal documents, including contracts, pleadings, and agreements.
  • Represent clients in court proceedings, hearings, and depositions.
  • Collaborate with colleagues and clients to develop effective legal strategies.
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of relevant laws, regulations, and industry trends.
  • Manage a diverse caseload and prioritize tasks to meet deadlines.
  • Participate in business development activities and contribute to the growth of the firm.

Qualifications:

  • Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.
  • Admission to the PA state bar and in good standing.
  • 1-8 years of experience in general business and/or employment and labor.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • High level of professionalism and ethical standards.
  • Proficiency in legal research tools and software.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience in general business and/or employment and labor.
  • Demonstrated success in managing complex legal matters.
  • Strong client relationship management skills.

Compensation:

  • $80,000 - $100,000 (Entry-Level Attorney)
  • $100,000 - $130,000 (Mid-Level Attorney)
  • $130,000 - $160,000 (Senior Attorney)
