Looking for a hybrid, Sr. Business Analyst
HR consulting side. We need someone who has PeopleSoft experience and also may have Oracle HCM cloud experience as well. We have a client who is currently on PeopleSoft V9.2 but will be upgrading most likely to the Oracle cloud.
Business Analyst with 10 or more years of expertise in Human Resources, Payroll and Benefits Enterprise (HCM) Applications and Databases. Must have solid SQL query skills and a strong background in reporting tools is required.
Candidates must be self-starters and detail-oriented, as well as excellent communication and organizational skills.
Candidates must understand how HCM processes work; for example, they must know how an employee's elections on a Benefit Enrollment self-service portal flows through to a pay check deduction, and how their coverage then reaches a third party provider.
Candidates will deal directly with the client working closely with Programmers to maintain strong working relationships and meeting client needs/requests on a daily basis.
A four-year degree is required.
Required Skills:
Strong SQL, Advanced Microsoft Excel, Experience with HCM Applications and Databases, Ability to document and create specifications, Microsoft Project, an understanding of Benefit Provider interfaces

SQR, UNIX, Payroll Tax updates, PeopleSoft HCM, BenAdmin, PeopleTools, PeopleCode, Oracle Cloud HCM
