Position Overview: The Production Supervisor is responsible for overseeing the daily production workflow and ensuring that production goals and quality standards are met. This position is for the NIGHT Shift.
Key Responsibilities:
• Monitor production progress, troubleshoot problems, and resolve issues in a timely manner.
• Ensure that production staff adhere to safety regulations and quality standards.
• Monitor and maintain accurate production records.
• Monitor production staff performance and provide coaching and training as needed.
• Develop and implement strategies to improve production efficiency.
• Maintain equipment and machinery used in the production process.
• Coordinate with other departments to ensure that production needs are met.
Qualifications:
• 3+ years of production supervisor experience.
• Knowledge of production equipment and machinery.
• Excellent leadership and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• AUTOMOTIVE manufacturing experience!
