Project Manager - Hotel Reconstruction
Position Overview
The Project Manager - Hotel Reconstruction will oversee the planning, execution, and completion of hotel reconstruction projects, ensuring they are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. This role involves coordination with various stakeholders, managing resources, and mitigating risks to achieve project objectives.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage hotel reconstruction projects from conception to completion.
- Develop project plans, timelines, and budgets, ensuring resource allocation aligns with project goals.
- Communicate effectively with stakeholders, including clients, subcontractors, and team members, to ensure project alignment and transparency.
- Monitor project progress and performance, implementing necessary changes to stay on track.
- Conduct risk assessments and implement strategies to mitigate identified risks throughout the project lifecycle.
- Ensure compliance with construction regulations and quality standards.
- Negotiate contracts with vendors and subcontractors, ensuring favorable terms and conditions.
- Oversee site management and quality control processes to ensure high standards of work.
- Manage permit acquisition and regulatory approvals as needed for project execution.
- Provide leadership and guidance to project teams, fostering a collaborative and productive work environment.
Qualifications- Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Project Management, or a related field.
- Proven experience in hotel construction and reconstruction projects.
- Strong skills in budget management and financial oversight.
- Excellent scheduling and time management abilities.
- Demonstrated experience in stakeholder communication and relationship management.
- Proficient in risk management and quality control methodologies.
- Experience in contract negotiation and vendor management.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage teams effectively.
- Knowledge of site management practices and resource allocation strategies.
