This position is for a Project Manager experienced in Healthcare, Commercial, Public Works, Higher Education, and Procore. The Project Manager will be responsible for leading and overseeing the successful completion of large and complex projects, ensuring deliverables meet all project timelines and cost objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Establish and manage project goals, objectives, timelines, budgets, and deliverables
  • Develop project plans and provide timely project status updates to key stakeholders
  • Provide guidance on project scope, timeline, and budget
  • Manage multiple projects in parallel
  • Evaluate, recommend, and manage vendors and contractors
  • Identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies
  • Ensure project compliance with internal procedures and external regulations
  • Manage multiple teams and stakeholders to ensure successful project completion

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or related field
  • Minimum 5 years' experience in project management with a proven track record of successful project completion
  • Demonstrated experience in managing complex projects in Healthcare, Commercial, Public Works, Higher Education, and Procore
  • Excellent communication, organization, and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work well under pressure and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
  • Strong understanding of project management processes, tools, and techniques
