Project Manager - Ground-Up Storage Construction

Position Overview
We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to oversee the development of ground-up storage complexes. This role is critical in ensuring projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest standards of quality. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in construction management and a passion for delivering successful projects.

Key Responsibilities

Lead the planning and execution of ground-up storage complex projects from conception to completion.
Coordinate with architects, engineers, and subcontractors to ensure project specifications are met.
Manage project budgets, timelines, and resources effectively to ensure successful project delivery.
Conduct regular site visits to monitor progress and ensure adherence to safety and quality standards.
Communicate regularly with stakeholders, providing updates on project progress and addressing any concerns.
Develop and implement project schedules, risk management plans, and quality control measures.

Qualifications

Proven experience as a Project Manager in the construction industry, with a focus on ground-up projects.
Strong understanding of construction processes, methodologies, and best practices.
Experience in managing storage complexes or similar commercial projects is preferred.
Familiarity with Multi-Level, Tilt, Tilt Wall, Stucco, and CMU construction methods is a plus.
Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related field is preferred.
