Position Overview
We are seeking a motivated and experienced Roofing Outside Sales Representative to join our team. This role is responsible for driving sales and building strong relationships with both commercial and residential clients. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in sales and construction, with a passion for providing exceptional service and solutions to our customers.

Key Responsibilities

Identify and pursue new sales opportunities within the commercial and residential roofing markets.
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, contractors, and architects.
Conduct site visits and assessments to understand client needs and provide tailored roofing solutions.
Prepare and present detailed proposals and quotes to potential customers.
Negotiate contracts and close sales to meet or exceed sales targets.
Stay informed about industry trends, competitor offerings, and market conditions.
Collaborate with project managers and installation teams to ensure customer satisfaction throughout the project lifecycle.

Qualifications

Proven experience in outside sales, preferably within the construction or roofing industries.
Strong knowledge of roofing products and installation methods, including both residential and commercial roofing.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients.
Demonstrated ability to meet sales targets and drive revenue growth.
Self-motivated and results-oriented, with strong organizational skills.
Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
