Position Overview: The Safety Manager will be responsible for managing the safety of our Heavy Civil Construction projects. The Safety Manager will monitor safety policies and procedures, provide safety training, and ensure compliance with all applicable OSHA and NYC regulations.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop, implement, and monitor safety plans and procedures for Heavy Civil Construction projects
Ensure that all safety plans and procedures meet OSHA and NYC DOB standards
Provide safety training to all personnel involved in Heavy Civil Construction
Conduct safety audits to ensure compliance with safety regulations
Prepare reports and documents related to safety incidents and accidents
Investigate safety incidents and accidents to determine root causes and corrective actions
