Senior Project Manager

Position Overview
We are seeking an experienced Senior Project Manager to oversee and lead large-scale civil construction projects, specifically focusing on wastewater and pipeline sectors. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in managing complex projects, ensuring they are completed on time and within budget while maintaining high-quality standards.

Key Responsibilities

Lead and manage multiple heavy civil construction projects from inception to completion.
Develop project plans, including timelines, budgets, and resource allocation.
Coordinate with various stakeholders, including clients, contractors, and subcontractors, to ensure project requirements are met.
Monitor project progress and performance, implementing corrective actions as necessary.
Conduct risk management assessments and develop mitigation strategies.
Prepare and present regular project updates to senior management and stakeholders.
Ensure compliance with all safety regulations and quality standards.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.
Minimum of 7 years of experience in project management within the heavy civil construction industry.
Proven experience with wastewater and pipeline projects.
Strong leadership and communication skills.
Familiarity with project management software and tools.
Professional certification such as PMP (Project Management Professional) is preferred.
