Key Responsibilities:
-Lead the planning and implementation of water treatment construction projects.
-Define project scope, goals, and deliverables in collaboration with stakeholders.
-Develop comprehensive project plans and schedules.
-Manage project budgets, track costs, and ensure financial objectives are met.
-Communicate project expectations to team members and stakeholders.
-Monitor project progress and make adjustments as needed.
-Ensure compliance with all safety, environmental, and quality standards.
-Resolve any issues or conflicts that arise during the project.
-Provide regular project updates and reports to senior management.
Qualifications:
-Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related field.
-10+ years of project management experience in construction, with a focus on water treatment projects.
-Project Management Professional (PMP) certification preferred.
-Strong knowledge of water treatment processes and construction methods.
-Proficient in project management software.
-Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
-Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
-In-depth knowledge of safety and environmental regulations.
