Job Title: Senior Superintendent
Job Location: Las Vegas, NV
Salary: $150k-$180k
Requirements: 10+ Years Experience as Construction Superintendent + experience on Commercial, Industrial, or Municipal projects

This is a full time/permanent position with a well established General Contractor with projects spanning across Commercial, Municipal, Public works, Schools, healthcare, etc.

Due to consistent growth, they are currently hiring for an experienced Senior Superintendent. This person will be responsible for overseeing all field staff and managing project planning, scheduling, etc.

What You Will Be Doing

Oversee and manage daily field operations, subcontractors, etc.
Manage the team in evaluating project scope, site logistics, ensuring safety standards are met, etc.
Monitor construction progress
Maintaining a good client/customer relationship throughout the project

What You Need for this Position

10+ Years Experience as Construction Superintendent
Experience on ground-up projects for Commercial, Industrial, or Municipal
Well rounded project experience across any of the following: Municipal, Commercial, Schools, public works, healthcare, etc.
Experience scheduling, field supervision, quality control, and production of all phases of construction
