Headquartered in Georgia, we are looking for a motivated individual to join our fast-growing construction team in the Denver metropolitan area. Founded in 2015, we are a commercial construction company that is striving to be the most innovative, forward-focused, and full-service general contractor. We do everything from land development to construction, from interior to exterior renovations,- we will cover whatever needs our clients have. - Commercial construction and renovations
- Scheduling, ordering materials, etc.
- Overseeing site day-to-day
- Maintain site-specific quality control and safety plans
- Maintain relationships with subcontractors, suppliers, city officials, etc.
- 3+ Years as a Superintendent or Assistant Superintendent
- 3+ years in Commercial Construction
- Strong organization skills
- Vacation/PTO: 2 weeks first year
- Auto Allowance: $500 first 90 days, $1,000 afterwards
