Due to growth we're looking for a Superintendent experienced in:
-Heavy Civil Construction experience (earthwork, mass grading, roadway, curb, storm drain, bridge & flatwork)
-Experience successfully overseeing large project and director reports
-Project sizes $100K - $50+ Million
-Local travel only

Role Overview:
As a Superintendent, you will play a crucial role in overseeing the day-to-day operations of our construction projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest standards of quality and safety.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee and direct construction projects from conception to completion.
- Coordinate and supervise construction workers and subcontractors.
- Ensure quality construction standards and the use of proper construction techniques.
- Negotiate terms of agreements, draft contracts, and obtain permits and licenses.
- Ensure strict adherence to safety guidelines and regulations.
- Communicate effectively with clients, construction management, and project stakeholders to provide updates and gather feedback.
Required Qualifications:
-3+ years of experience in heavy civil construction
-- Proven work experience as a Construction Superintendent or in a similar role.
- In-depth knowledge of construction procedures, equipment, and OSH guidelines.
- Ability to read drawings, plans, and blueprints.
- Excellent organizational and leadership skills.
- Ability to communicate and report effectively.
