We are a commercial construction and brokerage company based south of Wilmington Delaware.
Our services are a la carte. Some clients come to us for leasing, to buy a property, for maintenance contracts, or for management. Some have construction or fit-out needs. Others find our single-source approach an easy fit, hiring us to build, lease, manage and/or maintain their portfolio.
What You Will Be Doing:
-Keep an eye on the everyday housekeeping and cleanliness of the work environment.
-Make a plan and keep an eye on your needs every day to prevent material shortages.
-Assure that all on-site equipment, including cutter belts and kettle motor oil changes, is supervised and maintained.
-Before leaving, report any damaged or faulty equipment to the toolroom and garage.
-Speak with the manager every day about the status of the work, any field issues, technical inquiries, etc.
-As instructed by the department head, prepare and submit time sheets and job reports each day.
-In charge of each job's overall quality control.
At least 3 years of construction experience with a combination of the following:
-Commercial Renovations
-Commercial Ground Up Building
-Design Build Projects
-Excellent Site Supervision Experience
