Job Title: Superintendent
Location: Winston-Salem, Greensboro area
Salary: $95,000k - $125,000+ DOE
We are a Commercial GC that has been around for over 100 years and have established ourselves as a leader in the North Carolina market. With 5 locations throughout North Carolina, we have recently expanded to Charlotte and are looking to make an impact immediately.

- Plan effective/accurate schedules for project(s) and manages manpower accordingly for multiple tasks/projects.
- Oversees a single medium sized project or multiple smaller projects.
- Mentor less senior staff. Manage multiple Field Engineers/Foremen on multiple smaller projects.
- Evaluate Field Engineer/Foreman and craft employees performance and identify training needs.
- Perform all duties of the Field Engineer/Foreman should project size, budget, or staffing limitations exist.
Requirements:
- 3+ years of supervising Commercial Projects in Healthcare, Multifamily or Senior Living
- Experience running a project from $5M - $35M+
- Ability to drive and have a license
- Willingness to travel when required. This is not a travel position necessarily. Most projects will be in Triad area
