Job Title: Superintendent: Industrial Construction
Location: Columbia, SC and Greenville, SC
Compensation: $90k - $120k+
Requirement: 3-5+ of Commercial Construction experience
We are headquartered in Columbia, South Carolina and serve an array of private and public sector clients throughout the southeastern region of the United States.
Our client base is in the retail, commercial, healthcare, multi-family and industrial sectors. We are seeking a Superintendent with Industrial Construction experience. Most of these projects will be in South Carolina and the ideal candidate will be comfortable travelling the state when needed. These projects range from $10M - $35M+.
Position Overview
We are seeking an experienced Industrial Superintendent to oversee the planning, coordination, and execution of construction projects in a timely and efficient manner.
