Job Title: Tax Director
Location: Greater Chicago, IL Area
Salary: $150k-200k + Competitive Annual Bonuses
Requirements: Active CPA Required & minimum 10+ years Public Accounting & Tax Exp.
We are a Full-Service, Established CPA firm based in the Greater Chicago, IL area for over 50+ years and ranked "Best Place to Work" in the region. During this time, we've grown to be one of the most well-known CPA firms in the Greater Chicago area and are working on opening our 3rd location due to growth. We handle everything from Tax, Audit, and Accounting services for HNWIs, and clients in a variety of industries including Manufacturing, Professional Services, Healthcare, Construction, and more.
Currently, we are seeking to add a new Tax Director to our growing Tax team! This role will involve client engagement, tax planning, and review work. This role also offers hybrid remote flexibility and requires at least 2-3 days a week in the office.

Required:
- Active CPA
- At least 10+ years of Public Accounting Exp.
- Currently a Senior Tax Manager or Director at a CPA or Wealth Management firm
- Complex Review & Tax Planning Exp. (S-Corps, C-Corps, Individuals, Partnerships, and Trust/Estate returns)
Preferred:
- Master's in Taxation
- CCH Software Exp.
- Generalist / experience with clients in multiple industries
