Position Overview
We are seeking an experienced Tax Manager to oversee our tax compliance and planning efforts. The ideal candidate will manage a team of tax professionals, ensure compliance with tax laws, and develop strategies to minimize tax liabilities for our clients.

Key Responsibilities

Lead and manage the tax compliance process for individual and corporate clients
Review and prepare complex tax returns and ensure accuracy and compliance
Provide tax planning and advisory services to clients
Supervise and mentor junior tax staff
Stay updated on tax legislation and regulations
Conduct research and analysis on tax issues and provide recommendations
Coordinate with external auditors and tax authorities as needed

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
CPA or EA designation is required
Minimum of 5 years of experience in public accounting or tax management
Strong knowledge of federal and state tax laws
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines
Strong communication and leadership skills
