We are looking for a Transactional Attorney to join our Alpharetta team!
Role Description
You will review title work, problem solve, draft legal documents, conduct closings and collaborate with real estate agents and lenders. Applicants must have a J.D. degree from an ABA accredited law school and be an active member in good standing of the Georgia Bar.
Qualifications
-3+ years of transactional experience (preferably real estate but transactional management would be ok (corporate, M&A, Commercial).
-Juris Doctor
-Georgia Bar Admission
-Attention to detail and ability to work accurately and efficiently
-Knowledge of real estate industry regulations and procedures
