Requirements: 3+ years of underground utility and sewer line foreman experience.

Position Overview:
The Utility Foreman will oversee and coordinate construction and maintenance activities related to utilities, including water lines, storm sewers, and sanitary sewers. This role is essential in ensuring that projects are completed efficiently, safely, and to the highest standard.

Key Responsibilities:

Supervise utility construction and maintenance crews on-site.
Plan and schedule daily work activities to ensure efficient use of resources.
Conduct inspections of work sites to ensure compliance with safety regulations and quality standards.
Coordinate with project managers and other departments to align project objectives.
Train and mentor crew members on best practices and safety protocols.
Manage the installation and repair of water lines, storm sewers, and sanitary sewers.
Oversee the use of directional boring techniques for utility installations.
Ensure proper documentation of work completed, including sewer taps and pump station activities.

Qualifications:

Proven experience as a foreman in utility construction or related field.
Strong knowledge of water line, storm sewer, and sanitary sewer systems.
Experience with directional boring and sewer tap installations.
Valid driver's license; commercial driver's license (CDL) is a plus.
