Position Overview

As a Virtual Design & Construction (VDC) Project Manager, you'll play an integral role in ensuring that our construction projects are completed successfully by providing detailed coordination and installation designs for all Mechanical systems. The VDC Project Manager is the coordinator who has the opportunity to work closely with the project management team and with customers, providing innovative solutions and value engineering solutions.

Key Responsibilities

Lead multiple projects throughout the preconstruction phase, providing coordination and design for all mechanical systems.
Collaborate with project management teams and clients to develop design decisions that exceed expectations.
Review legal contracts, scopes of work, specifications, plans, and pertinent jurisdictional codes during the design process to ensure compliance.

Qualifications

Minimum of 10 years of relevant mechanical contracting experience
Experience as an MEP coordinator or general contractor superintendent is preferred.
Proficient knowledge of local codes and construction safety requirements, including IBC and IECC.
Excellent planning and communication skills, thriving in a dynamic environment.
