Position Overview

We are seeking an experienced Workers' Compensation Attorney to join our team remotely. In this role, you will manage a diverse caseload, provide expert legal counsel, and represent clients in various workers' compensation matters. You will work closely with a team of seasoned attorneys and support staff to deliver exceptional legal services.

Key Responsibilities

Handle a variety of workers' compensation cases from inception to resolution.
Conduct legal research and draft pleadings, motions, and discovery documents.
Represent clients in court hearings, depositions, and mediations.
Provide strategic legal advice to clients on complex workers' compensation issues.
Collaborate with colleagues to develop case strategies and ensure successful outcomes.
Maintain up-to-date knowledge of relevant laws and regulations.

Qualifications

Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.
Must be a part of the California Bar.
Minimum of 4 years of experience in workers' compensation litigation.
Strong analytical, research, and writing skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
Ability to manage multiple cases and deadlines effectively.
