Position Overview

We are seeking an experienced Workers' Compensation Attorney to join our team remotely. In this role, you will manage a diverse caseload, provide expert legal counsel, and represent clients in various workers' compensation matters. You will work closely with a team of seasoned attorneys and support staff to deliver exceptional legal services.

Key Responsibilities

  • Handle a variety of workers' compensation cases from inception to resolution.
  • Conduct legal research and draft pleadings, motions, and discovery documents.
  • Represent clients in court hearings, depositions, and mediations.
  • Provide strategic legal advice to clients on complex workers' compensation issues.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to develop case strategies and ensure successful outcomes.
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of relevant laws and regulations.

Qualifications

  • Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.
  • Must be a part of the California Bar.
  • Minimum of 4 years of experience in workers' compensation litigation.
  • Strong analytical, research, and writing skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Ability to manage multiple cases and deadlines effectively.
