Position Overview: The Superintendent is responsible for leading construction projects within the organization, ensuring their successful completion in a timely, efficient, and safe manner. They will be responsible for onsite supervision and the coordination of various subcontractors and suppliers to ensure that all tasks are completed properly.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee all aspects of assigned construction projects, from budgeting and scheduling to project completion.
  • Develop and implement strategies for reaching project goals in a safe and timely manner.
  • Organize and lead onsite construction meetings.
  • Supervise subcontractors and other personnel on the job site.
  • Foster positive relationships with clients, subcontractors, and other project stakeholders.

Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Several years of relevant construction experience.
  • Financial building experience a plus
